I appreciated that Victoria talked my little girl through everything she was doing as it was happening and this made the transition much easier. I also liked that when I was asked what I wanted and I said that I was open to suggestions and she then made clear again that it was completely my choice and if I wanted something else we could do that. The atmosphere was calm, and the space was clean and comfortable. Will definitely be back. 😊
