I had my sports massage taster session with Alan this morning. My shoulders and lower back were my main concerns for today, Alan went through what could be causing these issues. We carried out different movements so he could physically see how my areas were reacting before massaging. This was my first sports massage session ever, and what a difference just from having a little done in that time! I would recommend Alan to anyone thinking about having this kind of massage! Sammie done my daughters makeup for her prom and done an amazing job. She took time to find out exactly what my daughter wanted. She was so accommodating with everything from appointment time, our tight schedule and with my daughters requests for tweaks and additions to the makeup look. Not only that but Samantha was very easy to talk to and made us feel very welcome.
