I had been suffering with a back injury and was in a lot of pain for the past few days. I managed to book a sports massage with Alan today, and I can genuinely say it was one of the best sports massage experiences I’ve had. Alan was extremely professional from start to finish. He took the time to explain what had happened with my back, what he was going to do, and why. He really targeted all the problem areas, and the difference afterwards was incredible — I walked away pain-free and feeling so much better. Fantastic service from someone who clearly knows what he’s doing. Highly recommended

I had my sports massage taster session with Alan this morning. My shoulders and lower back were my main concerns for today, Alan went through what could be causing these issues. We carried out different movements so he could physically see how my areas were reacting before massaging. This was my first sports massage session ever, and what a difference just from having a little done in that time! I would recommend Alan to anyone thinking about having this kind of massage! Sam is an excellent therapist. I have followed Sam from when she first started her training program and still return regularly as she makes you feel comfortable, relaxed and is an amazing therapist through all her services.
