Really good guys for doing the hair, but the front desk receptionist is a disaster! Any excuse to charge me more, even though I’m their regular customer!!! Never welcoming never offering a drink , I’ve even been attacked by her before saying that I didn’t pay previous visit. I literally had to show her proof of the receipt. This kind of behavior should be illegal in Dubai. It’s sooooo HORRIBLE TO DEAL WITH SUCH PEOPLE. I hope this message can go to a manager to the dial a nail in downtown. At 8 boulevard walk tower.!!

I honestly love coming here every time! The service is always amazing and I’m so happy with my hair. This time I had the leave-in treatment and my hair feels incredibly soft, smooth and frizz-free. Sasha Beauty Salon Jumeirah is the best in Dubai, and after 20 years here and 30+ salons tried, I know! The reception staff are warm and welcoming, like family. The Moroccan hammam experience was absolutely wonderful. Naima, who was in charge of the hammam, was exceptional, and I highly recommend her. The reception staff were friendly and understanding. Nasser, who cut my hair and styled my bangs, did an amazing job. I highly recommend both him and the salon!
