Wow Sylvia was truly amazing! I go for a massage every 6-8 weeks and I think this was my best yet. First time with Sylvia and she noticed I had tight hips from gym training before even telling her. I felt super relaxed during the massage.

I’m conflicted about leaving this review ….because my massage with Tanya was so amazing. I almost want to keep knowledge of her skills to myself at the risk of her becoming so busy that I can’t then get an appointment! I had to put the most amazing Hawaiian lomi lomi massage , which is hardly offered anywhere and is the only massage that manages to turn my brain off it’s deeply relaxing and you leave feeling fully refreshed and calm . I had my first ever massage with Emma, I needed a quick and effective help for my back as it was hurting really bad. Emma made me feel comfortable and taken care of. She explained to me, what would be done during the treatment. I left feeling so much better and pampered to the point where I didn’t want to leave! Surely it’s not my last time visiting Balm and Emma for more relax :)

The Uplift Treatment I just enjoyed was absolutely wonderful and precisely what I needed to ‘switch off’ my busy head and calm down. Lucy is a fabulous therapist - incredibly professional and friendly with an enormous amount of knowledge and above all, an intuitive way of working with every client as an individual, tailoring the therapy to precisely what is required. This new ‘grounding’ treatment, restored balance and calm from the very beginning and included elements of breathwork, lymphatic flow techniques, cranial movement and massage.
