Kelly is such a lovely person and goes out her way to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I've had lots of treatments and they are honestly fantastic. I like deep pressure applied for massage and as always this is provided however if I'm just booking for relaxing massage again this is what Kelly does it's very person centred.

As usual, having my nails done by Renata is always a real treat. She continues to create her magic every time I attend and this time she excelled herself by using her artistic talent to paint designs on my nails to show my support for Scotland in the World Cup football. Been to a few Physiotherapy's over the years, the most recent one being SP Physiotherapy in Paisley. It was Harriet, physiotherapist who treated me & in my opinion, one of the best! Very professional, knowledgeable, made me feel at ease during examination & explained in detail, what was going on. Gave me treatment, physically showing me exercises to do at home with written instructions. Left after hour’s appointment feeling much better with myself and looking forward to the next one (not felt that before). No hesitation recommending Harriet as a physiotherapist, just wish I found her sooner.

I had a wonderful reflexology session with Shabana at Abbey Mill. As someone with fibromyalgia, I’m often nervous about pressure, but Shabana was incredibly considerate and tuned in perfectly to my needs. Her touch was exactly right. I left the session feeling much lighter and more relaxed than I have in a long time. I can’t recommend her enough!

I regularly go to get my back treated by kara and what a difference its made. She has loosened up my back so well it makes my life alot easier working up on the roofs. I highly recommend kara to anyone that has issues with there back. Definitely the best around😁
