I’ve just had a back, neck and shoulder massage and it was wonderful. I could feel the tension loosening from my muscles as the massage progressed. I’d been feeling a few aches beforehand and I noticed a real difference afterwards, everything felt much looser, lighter and relieved. The new massage device used during the treatment was especially soothing and really helped to work into the muscles and release some of that built-up tension. The whole experience felt incredibly relaxing and detoxing, and I left feeling refreshed, less achy and completely relaxed. Would definitely recommend! ✨

I had a wonderful reflexology session with Shabana at Abbey Mill. As someone with fibromyalgia, I’m often nervous about pressure, but Shabana was incredibly considerate and tuned in perfectly to my needs. Her touch was exactly right. I left the session feeling much lighter and more relaxed than I have in a long time. I can’t recommend her enough!

I regularly go to get my back treated by kara and what a difference its made. She has loosened up my back so well it makes my life alot easier working up on the roofs. I highly recommend kara to anyone that has issues with there back. Definitely the best around😁
