Out of all the massages this one will forever be the most memorable, Anthony makes me feel relaxed and comfortable, it’s like my body gets a monthly service. Magic. In one word. Hayley is magical. I came in initially because I was getting really bad headaches and thought a facial and a head massage would help. It did. I cried. It was bliss. Since then, I've made it a thing to have at least one appointment every month. My skin looks fab, but most of all, it calms my mind and I come out feeling so relaxed. Hayley is amazing at tuning into the needs of those with sensitivities and mental health issues and accommodating their limitations. Hayley has become integral to my self care routine.

I've been going to Thrive for quite some time now but have never seen Abbey before today. I've been suffering with bad headaches this week, so I thought I'd book a last-minute appointment with Abbey to try and alleviate the problem and she was absolutely amazing!
