I had such an amazing experience with my facial! She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and clearly very talented at what she does. She took the time to explain everything to me and educated me about my skin and the products/treatments she was using, which I really appreciated. She was also so sweet, kind, and welcoming throughout the entire appointment. You can really tell that she cares about her clients and is passionate about what she does. Elysa was so professional and explained clearly how she could fix my eyebrows. They had been microbladed many times before, so the colour and shape were quite off, but she improved them so much.
