Isobel was fantastic — confident, really friendly, and explained the procedure so eloquently, which I really appreciated as it was my first time experiencing it. The venue is stunning, with easy parking too. I’d have no hesitation recommending Isobel and the charcoal facial. I even received a compliment on my skin within an hour of leaving the salon! The massage was one of the best I’ve ever had – the perfect balance of firm pressure and relaxation, with great attention to the areas that needed the most work. I left feeling refreshed, looser, and with far less tension than when I arrived. Thrilled with my new brows and lashes, Rachel is excellent. Rachel also helped me to rearrange nail appointments for my girls after I'd made an error booking them on line!! It was no trouble, or she certainly didn't let me know that it was. Great customer service which is what brings you back.

I recently visited Stargaze Aesthetics in Stockport and had a really good experience. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which helped as I was a bit nervous before my appointment. My therapist, Stephanie talked me through everything beforehand and explained exactly what she was going to do, so I felt comfortable the whole time. The treatment itself was good value compared with other places I’d looked at, and I was impressed with how thorough they were with aftercare. They explained what to do afterwards and even followed up to make sure everything was going well.
