Nisha takes the time to thoughtfully curate treatment plans based on each individual’s needs. She was incredibly patient in explaining treatments and never once pushed products or prioritized sales. I’ve been to many skin and laser clinics where the focus is on selling, but that was never the case with Nisha. Despite her busy schedule, she always made time to check in on my skin and follow up on my progress. She gives candid, straightforward advice without sugarcoating, which I really appreciate. Excellent service! The space was clean and the staff were all accommodating. I’m quite picky with my eyebrows because I’ve had poor experiences in other places in Toronto. Seema was very receptive to what I was looking for!
