Anais was very gentle when it came to the extracting portion of the facial and warned me every time I might feel some discomfort. She is very professional and takes her job serious, ensuring you have the most from your experience. From the moment you enter, you know you will not regret having booked an appointment at Aurora because of how welcoming everyone is. Bekah is amazing. As soon as she began the session, I felt my chakra energy shifting. By the end of the session, I had released pain, sorrow and conflict, and felt strength, love and joy. And on top of that, at the end of the session she recapped the images she saw, and they matched everything I experienced during the session. These weren't "general" things applicable to many people. These were very specific details about my life and that of my family that no social media sleuthing could possibly uncover. I can't wait to go back!!

Very relaxing experience, scalp massage was something magical. Had the ear cleaning which was different and much needed. Eye brow wax is on point. Spa is peaceful and quiet, the staff are friendly, gentle and polite. Would return.

Simply amazing! Mariana was kind and professional. She will be my go to person from now on! Her techniques were beyond relaxing. I thought I had a very healthy scalp and learned so much about how to improve it! Highly recommend the 90 minute herbal scalp treatment. I haven’t been this relaxed in a very long time. The entire staff was friendly and the spa is so clean. I also love supporting small women owned businesses!
