Amazing as always. I had some shoulder stifness and Lindsay did Reiki and Acupuncture. I felt so relaxed and had immediate relief from the stiffness. Will definitely be returning again and would highly recommend.

I attended Breathe and Bloom for a combined acupuncture and reiki session to deal with some lower back pain. The treatment room is so calming and peaceful and the session was amazing. I had surgery last week and had had to postpone my appointments for a week. Kadie was so helpful on the phone and managed to just lift the 2 appts and put them in the following week even though I know they're very busy. I went yesterday and had my nails redone by Danielle and I was looked after and treated like glass almost by them all as I'm still in pain. Unfortunately Sam was ill so Lou stepped in did my facial and I walked out feeling like a new woman. I cannot recommend these ladies enough, they are all so considerate and very good at what they do. I dont no where to start lindsay was amazing from start to finish I felt so relaxed and and at the end my pain wasn't as intense and that's only with 1 visit it was a very emotional experience that left me in tears of relief and comfort thank you lindsay xx
