Andrius was really friendly and welcoming. He is clearly very experienced, was able to identify my issues easily and recommend exercises to help. I was nervous to have a sports massage as I’ve seen online that they can look pretty aggressive but my massage with Andrius was enjoyable and my shoulder feels better after just one visit. I’ve already booked in for my next one in a couple of weeks time.

Rokas is fantastic! I had a sports massage with him, and he sorted out my shoulder pain in just one session. He was professional, knowledgeable, and quickly identified the source of the problem. I visited this fab little shop for acupuncture From the get go I knew I was in expert hands with Rachel. As someone who is trained in accupuncture I was very impressed with the depth of knowledge Rachel has. The treatment was amazing and I floated out of the treatment room! Greeted by Rokus in the most beautiful premises! I was made to feel very comfortable! I had a deep Therapy massage, can’t put into words how amazing it was! I felt like a New woman walking out. I am in constant pain with fibromyalgia/spondilitus & sciatic nerve problems! So i will def be booking many more treatments going forward! I Highly reccomend Rokas.
