I thoroughly enjoy my visits to the spa. Using the cocoon fitness pod has helped ease back pain, while providing me with a half hour of bissfiul relaxation. The staff are so welcoming and helpful, they want to make sure you have a great experience. It's a wonderful treat to your body and soul.

It's sooooo relaxing & I've noticed a change since having acupuncture

I went to Ashleigh for acupuncture, fire cupping, and gua sha for the first time 6 months ago. I was struggling with almost daily migraines and constant tension in my traps and upper back. After just one session, I went 4 months without a single migraine! Without exaggeration, she has truly changed my life.

Ashleigh was wonderful. It was my first time doing acupuncture and she made me feel so comfortable. I left the appointment feeling relaxed and hopeful that she was going to be able to help me with my issues.
