Hayley is fantastic. I have curly/wavy hair and have been to expensive specialist salons but this has been my favourite cut in YEARS! Hayley is a real professional, with extensive knowledge and skill. She gave genuine advice without pushing a product sale which I really appreciated. My curls have come back with more bounce, the shape is lovely and I am so happy with my haircut!

Best salon in Bristol !

Such a lovely atmosphere! Everyone is so friendly and bubbly. Vicki did a fantastic job yet again. I no longer live in Bristol but i keep coming to this salon just for Vicky.

Amazing as always. I am a regular with Tayah for my nails but today I had eyelash extensions and they were exactly as I’d hoped.

Holly saved the day after a nail broke prior to my appointment and quickly repaired the problem with an acrylic. She was so quick and friendly and did a fabulous job. I am really very pleased with my rainbow tips and will return again.

I received a very warm welcome and I didn’t have to wait because I arrived on time. My assistant came to meet me at Reception and led me through to the room at the back of the shop. I laid down on the comfortable bed and the assistant got to work. It was a very relaxing experience having my eyelash extensions done and I could tell that my assistant was an absolute professional. I was very pleased with the end result and my lashes look amazing. I will definitely be back before Christmas.

My lashes are so beautiful after my lash extension appointment. I didn’t know what style/look I wanted and left it up to Elle and she absolutely smashed it. The lashes look natural and elegant but still make a real statement. I couldn’t be happier..! Thank you 🙌🙌

Great removal! I’ve had bad experiences with very damaging acrylic removals before and the nail tech really made me feel as ease and did a great job, very gentle and communicative. My nail tech was obviously a trainee so I’m marking down a star simply because it took a lot longer than stated (I didn’t mind though)

Lovely lady sorted out my nails for me - just a little disappointed that she left some of the acrylic on my nails 😔 but she did manicure them into the shape I was happy with once the acrylic was taken off. Really like the salon though and I will be going back to see her for BIAB!

This was my second time at the salon and I had a really nice experience, Sienna was really friendly. After carefully removing my gel extensions which had been done elsewhere, using potentially damaging methods/ products. I'm so grateful Sienna was able to restore my natural nails, just in time for my friend's wedding.
