My son (aged 10) absolutely hates having his haircut. It makes him so anxious. I found T&W and loved how inclusive and thoughtful they were around making their customers as comfortable as possible. The hairdresser really listened to what my son wanted, didn't judge, and made sure he was happy with what she was doing. It really helped being able to cover the mirror too. He came out happy!! Which is honestly a miracle. Thank you!

Have been visiting Sophie for my balayage touch ups for a few years now. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. She always does a fantastic job. Talks through the process with me each time and always keeps it real with what’s achievable and works for my colouring. My hair always grows out beautifully and still looks great right up to when I return for a touch up. The new salon is really beautifully decorated and warm and welcoming. Always enjoy my visits!x

I had a great experience. Georgia is so friendly and great at colouring hair. I am really happy with my hair. I had a Balayage it still looks so natural. Definitely recommend her, and feels a good price for all the effort she puts in.

Bobbi gave me an absolutely outstanding service for a complete restyle to help make my hair more manageable before I begin hospital treatment. She was considered and took on board all my style and low-maintenance requests - and she really knows how to get curly hair to do its thing! Great conversation and a relaxing atmosphere. Joe is a genius of his craft ( as well as being an excellent listener & thoroughly entertaining!) & I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending him to potential clients of all ages, from youngsters to the more mature, both male & female.

I enjoy visiting Cocoa. Beccie has always been amazing at cutting my hair, even when I arrive with it bone dry for my dry cut! She always cuts it exactly as I like it. It's a relaxing and good atmosphere at Cocoa. It feels like it is a personal visit and Beccie's memory is fantastic, as she seems to remember everything I have been up to between cuts!
