Brian and the entire team at Empire State are simply the best! I go to Brian for a cut and ear and nose hair waxing (I'm at that age). Was a very relaxed and enjoyable experience. Christina is wonderful. Felt relaxed and trusted that my process would come out well. Wish I also had the name (my bad!) for the woman that washed me up and gave a great shampoo/conditioning massage. (apologies. she was so accommodating, thoughtful and lovely.)
