No matter which person attends you, they are all very professional and use great techniques to ensure the pain is at minimum when waxing or threading. The level of expertise is apparent when the whole process finishes, I have been numerous times and will continue as they are one of the very best around the South West London area. I travel from Morden to tooting but i know lots of others travelling far to get here!

These ladies are just amazing! All the treatments I have had so far (manicure, pedicure and waxing) have been the best!! I can’t even decide which treatment was the best because all of them were to such a high standard. I must say I am always very worried about trying a new place for waxing but Jana did such an amazing job that made waxing look so easy and painless! Absolutely lovely experience at Image and I absolutely love my hair. I used to come several years ago for Kate and she always gave me a lovely balayage and cut but then I moved away. After moving back to London I decided to come back but unfortunately Kate was fully booked so I went with Dara instead. She was absolutely lovely and did an amazing job with my hair - I love it!! Super down to earth and made me feel super relaxed. Couldn't recommend this salon enough whether you end up booking with Kate or Dara (and I'm sure everyone else is fab too). I will definitely be back!

Believe it or not I come for a cut and style at Image London all the way from the States I love the pixie style haircuts Jason has done. My son lives around the corner from the salon, and one day in 2022 I walked in without a appointment asking if someone could cut my hair. I was lucky enough to get Jason,. I’ve been in 3 times in the last year for a pixie cut. I always get compliments after my visit. I’m so glad my son and his family live close by. Everyone at the salon is so kind.
