I started for myself and then brought my daughters for their own sessions. It’s been so positive for us as individuals and as a family. Helping us heal and giving our bodies space to process and release what needs to go, whether we are conscious of the issue or not. My children have different needs and love going. The sessions are gentle and grounding. The kids are noticeably more regulated afterwards. It’s really helped us as a family to understand our own selves and our own needs better. I feel like my better self and I can support my children with clarity and deeper understanding 😌
