Helen is an caring therapist. Always mindful of how i am feeling. I feel so grounded after my sessions with her. I would highly recommend craniosacral therapy with Helen.

Helen is a wonderful therapist- gentle and engaging. My daughter is very much enjoying the sessions and is definitely benefitting from them!
