I could not recommend Anna enough. From start to finish it was so relaxing. She has a created a beautiful space of relaxation and is amazing at what she does. Anna was so helpful in supporting my understanding of reiki and the different energy I was feeling. I am already so excited for my next session!

I am so glad I found Inner Shine. Michelle has the kindest energy that instantly makes you feel so safe. I am really benefitting from the EFT sessions, which allow me to feel all my feels without judgement or shame, accept them and bring love to them. Having Reiki afterwards helps relax and refresh my mind, body and soul.

Second time I have had reiki with Michelle but this time I also had the crystals as well. Never really understood reiki...and still don't if I'm being completely honest, but what I do understand is the importance of relaxing and focusing on the mind and that's exactly what happens in these sessions. I somehow manage to shut out the world and drift off to a place of calm the come back around feeling focused, balanced and energised. Best was to describe reiki is; the therapy session you never realised you needed!

Managed to get a last minute appointment and the universe really sent me to the right person 🙏 Michelle is wonderfully skilled and has set up the most tranquil perfect space providing fantastic Crystal Reiki.
