I can’t recommend Sasha enough!! She is such a beautiful human and she puts so much time and effort into making sure that you are comfortable. If you tell her what area you need help with she’ll go above and beyond to do what she can. Sasha is the only person I will go to for massages and I would recommend her to everyone xxx

I’ve just had my second appointment with Lyndsey. And wow wow wow! She’s helped me so much, the appointments are very informative and Lyndsey gives you tricks and tips on how to help with my ongoing problem when I’m at home. I come home feeling fresh and rejuvenated after our sessions. Can’t recommend her enough!

An Absolutely Essential and Five-Star Experience! I cannot recommend Sasha highly enough— deserving of every one of these five stars. From the moment I met her, Sasha was incredibly friendly and professional, instantly putting me at ease. I arrived with issues in neck & shoulder areas. Sasha was extremely reassuring, taking the time to listen to my concerns without rushing and what impressed me most was how much knowledge Sasha has. Lyndsay is amazing at what she does, very professional and talks you through everything. Went in with a very painful back neck and shoulders that had built up over years and after the first session my muscle pain had more of less gone. Had my second session yesterday and it’s the best it’s ever been and I feel amazing. Thank you so much x

Absolutely amazing! I've been to see Sasha 3 times and wow! what a difference it's made. I had been struggling for many months with muscle and tissue tightness due to joint issues and previous surgeries. I was getting to a point where I struggled with day to day movement. Now my joints and muscles are free and almost back to my normal self. Sasha listened to my needs and worked on the places needed and gave excellent advice. I would highly recommend her and will definitely be going back for more massage therapy.

Sasha has really helped me with the plantar fasciitis I have had in one of my feet for many months. I had been going monthly and in March, Sasha said she had been doing some research and she targeted particular areas – immediately my foot felt a lot better and the massage seems to have been the trigger for recovery, because since then my foot has been significantly better (altho not completely). My feet no longer hurt in the evening, I can do long walks and be on my feet all day, so I am delighted! I would not hesitate to recommend Sasha to anyone. She also has a lovely warm manner!

After overdoing things in the gym in recent weeks i tweaked my back & could barely walk when i woke up for work! having used this service before i knew that Lynz would be able to get me back mobile & offer after care advice..... came away with almost full mobility with a plan to further aid my recovery! EXCELLENT SERVICE AS ALWAYS!!!
