Lyndsay was extremely warm and welcoming. She took time to understand the root cause of my issues and during the initial assessment explained what she was seeing and how we were going to work on each area. I came away from my first appointment feeling very positive, confident and clear on what I need to do next.

Sasha is my absolute go to for realigning my mind body and soul! She's literally listens to what I say and what my body is telling her and she heals me whatever the state I'm in. So, if you like me have a fear of finding a new stylist I have this advice for you, KREEP Sherwood!! I met Niko a little over 6 weeks ago on a recommendation from a mutual friend. We chatted in a consultation, and decided on a trim some weight removed and a toner to revive the blonde highlights. He did exactly as he said. I returned this week with a 4 hr slot booked for a full transformation as my faith was restored, knowing he is true to his word, we liaised shared styles and colour ideas and he worked his magic!! The whole team are lovely, very happy !! Niko is my new hero :)

I attended a tuning fork therapy session with Detzi on 17th October having been feeling out of sorts for a few months. The vibrations of the tuning forks work on the meridians within the body, each point activating sensitivity, if there is any, in corresponding points. The outcome was enlightening and thanks to Detzi I know exactly what I must do to put this imbalance right. Thank you Detzi, once again you have assisted me in the self healing process.
