Lydia is professional and great massage therapist. Therapy sessions was really beneficial for me and helpful for overall body recovery. On top of that she is friendly individual. Really good experience.

I went to see Amy for a sports massage Today! Her knowledge, understanding and treatment of the body is incredible! I felt completely comfortable, safe and relaxed in her care and I felt that she was extremely attentive to my needs! Even remembering that I am vegan and letting me know that all her products were suitable for me! Over the years, I have seen specialists from chiropractors to physiotherapists! Had treatments for injuries and rehabilitation to just treating tight/sore areas! I have to say that Amy is the best therapist I have ever seen!! Thank you Amy 🙏

Amazing lymphatic drainage massage. I suffer with bowel issues, and bloating. The very next morning I was like a new woman. This is my second visit to the clinic. Wonderful therapist, full of knowledge. Highly recommend.

Fantastic appointment carried out by Lisa at Omni Therapy. I arrived with uknown Neck pain that had been bothering me for a week or two. Lisa used numerous techniques to ensure not only my neck muscles but my whole back was worked on and loosened up. I walked out feeling great and woke the next morning feeling alot better than the weeks before,l being able to move my head correctly and also felt alot better while driving in my lower back areas. Thank you Lisa. Greatly appreciated.

Great experience. Was made to feel comfortable and informed of the process, very relaxing experience and already my shoulder feels a little easier. Highly recommend. Had acupuncture and cups therapy.

Jenny is a great therapist, she listened a lot to me about my injury and gave me the space and time to explain everything , I have been to a few physios over the years but Jenny is the best I’ve ever been too, she was very thorough with her examination, as well as giving me some exercises to help solve my injury so I don’t need to keep coming back with the same problem. She really wanted to help and it showed thanks Jenny.

Made completely at ease, room warm and inviting. Chose acupuncture and massage. Both were effective and left feeling relaxed and shoulders pain free. Will be back for more! Very knowledgeable and experienced therapist

Been seeing Jenny recently for physio on various troublesome injuries picked up over the years of playing intense sport. She quickly and methodically identified the potential problem and helped get me back on track with a well thought out, manageable plan. Her understanding of the issues that led to my injuries and how to manage them has been incredible. Always friendly, extremely professional and welcoming. It's almost a shame she has almost gotten me back to full health!

Andrius was really friendly and welcoming. He is clearly very experienced, was able to identify my issues easily and recommend exercises to help. I was nervous to have a sports massage as I’ve seen online that they can look pretty aggressive but my massage with Andrius was enjoyable and my shoulder feels better after just one visit. I’ve already booked in for my next one in a couple of weeks time.

Absolutely amazing as always, had tight IT bands either side ,sorted, then much needed relax, just don't plan on doing anything more complex than tying your shocelaces afterwards, because you'll be completely zoned out !

Visited Andrius on Saturday & had a fantastic massage on a long term shoulder injury, massage was excellent & with Andrius being a physio as well he also give me some help with stretches & exercises to help rebuild & strengthen my shoulder! Would highly recommend

I’ve been to plenty of physio/massage places now that claim to know what they’re doing and very few actually filled me with confidence or left me feeling any better. I can confidently say that after my visit to 222 Align and Restore that Lydia is really knowledgeable. She knows exactly what she is on about and left me feeling much better after.
