Never really understood reiki...and still don't if I'm being completely honest, but what I do understand is the importance of relaxing and focusing on the mind and that's exactly what happens in these sessions. I somehow manage to shut out the world and drift off to a place of calm the come back around feeling focused, balanced and energised. Best was to describe reiki is; the therapy session you never realised you needed!

I met Anna three weeks ago for my first Birth Chart and a Reiki session. A week after, I joined the Cosmic Clarity Mentorship plan, and it is a wonderful experience. Her place is cozy, relaxing, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. Anna is incredibly kind and creates a supportive, uplifting atmosphere. I couldn’t make it to her place for our monthly coaching session, so we did it online. Even then, Anna made me feel comfortable, positive, and supported.

Oh my God. If you are thinking of trying reflexology out I highly recommend Alison! Very knowledgeable, super friendly and relaxed. I didn't actually want to leave :)

I’ve been seeing Anna for almost two years now, having Reiki sessions twice a month throughout that time.
