Left feeling relaxed and in a much better place mentally following some difficult news yesterday. Managed to get a last minute appointment and the universe really sent me to the right person 🙏 Michelle is wonderfully skilled and has set up the most tranquil perfect space providing fantastic Crystal Reiki. Left feeling more positive and reset. Will be back for more.

I really enjoyed my reflexology with Alison today. She was extremely knowledgeable and able to explain in great detail everything that she was doing. She was so warm and welcoming and immediately put me at ease. The treatment room was beautiful, so peaceful and relaxing. I loved the heated blanket, I felt totally relaxed. The whole experience was perfect from start to finish and I have already booked my next session.

Ali is a joy and an absolute pro. So knowledgeable and great at what she does. Highly recommend to anyone.

Raj did all the necessary care but also took time to check my feet and explained what was going on with a problem I have, he also advised me which route to go down if my bunion got worse. He also visits my 91 year old mum at home and takes good care of her feet. He is very kind and caring towards her, she enjoys his visits. The reception staff are very friendly and always try to accommodate you. Whatever therapy you go for you know you’ll be greeted in a nice way and feel looked after.

Teresa does a great job on my feet and is a lovely person. Appointments are always convenient for me, and generally run to time.

Rachael was ,as ever, friendly and efficient.
