Another lovely visit to Amy for botox today. Would highly recommend booking in. Amy is so friendly and knowledgeable, she talked me through the process, what to expect afterwards and made sure I was completely comfortable. I had an amazing session with Gav at Glasgow Rehab & PT. He was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, making me feel completely at ease. The pain relief was almost instant, and the aftercare advice he provided was thorough and easy to follow. I couldn’t recommend him enough—he's truly excellent at what he does!

This was my second visit to see Amy for Botox and as always, I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Highly recommend Amy’s services to those who think they would benefit from Botox but are reluctant to take the next step . Amy put me at ease and even provided me with some stress balls to calm my nerves (again) even though it was the most quick and straightforward treatment with manageable and very minimal discomfort. 10/10 in would recommend for scaredy cats like myself!

My second visit to Amy. Loved my results from my first time, definitely a convert now! It was my first time at her new location and she sent me a pin 📍 which made it much easier to find her! Her wee after care pack is such a lovely touch too 🥰 Wouldn’t go anywhere else now as Amy is just so lovely but also really knows her stuff!

First time at Ark Massage therapy. From the outset Andrew was polite and courteous. Discussion around what back issues I was having; explanation of what the session would involve with deep tissue massage and mobility work. During the session, excellent mindfulness shown in checking that I was comfortable and content with deep tissue pressures. Excellent ambiance and venue was suitable. Follow up care was given re stretches to carry out for future mobility work. Would recommend fully.

Andrew is so kind and welcoming, I felt instantly at ease when I arrived and knew I was in safe hands. The massage was amazing, one of the best I’ve had! Andrew is intuitive and conscientious; he talked me through everything that he was going to do, and was sure to check in that I was happy with the process. The space itself is decorated beautifully and has a relaxed, cosy vibe which enhanced the experience.

Very professional and knowledgeable service with great results!
