I recently visited Joanne at Springhill and had the most wonderful top-to-toe treatment. A facial followed by reflexology. Was having issues with a tight, achey glute. Issue identified quickly and exercises explained to strengthen the area. Also received a massage to release the muscle. Went from a niggling ache the day before to being able to walk in total comfort the day after. Would highly recommend Danny.
