What a breath of fresh air. Been struggling with my shoulder for quite some time now and after seeing Daniel for my initial consultaion I feel a big weight off my shoulders (pardon the pun). We got down to finding the route cause of the issue and then spoke about how to strenghten before being able to work it without pain and rehabilitate it. I recently visited Joanne at Springhill and had the most wonderful top-to-toe treatment. A facial followed by reflexology. Was having issues with a tight, achey glute. Issue identified quickly and exercises explained to strengthen the area. Also received a massage to release the muscle. Went from a niggling ache the day before to being able to walk in total comfort the day after. Would highly recommend Danny.
