Visited SB sports massage & rehab after a couple of recommendations. I went due to lots of upper back/neck tension and tight calves. Booked a sports massage with Joe, he discussed the areas I wanted targeting prior and then tailored the massage to fit. Immediately afterwards the tight feeling went, and I feel like a new person🤩 thank you!

Booked for a sports massage / rehabilitation for a shoulder injury following a recommendation. Joe was really professional and knowledgeable, the massage has definitely helped free up the joint and muscles, and given some pain relief. Joe also provided me with some exercises to use going forward which don’t require gym equipment to improve mobility & pain which I’ll be doing daily. Really impressed, thank you!

Joe was recommended by my Personal Trainer after I was having knee issues. Joe identified the problem quickly and set about devising a plan and also working with my PT to weave the rehab exercises into regular sessions. Big improvements in my knee and can honestly say it really hasn’t niggled for the past 4-6 weeks. Highly recommend Joe!

I've seen I think his name is Danny, just twice and I'm really impressed with his knowledge. He's able to explain to me in a way I understand. He's very professional and would highly recommend. I've never been to a physio before so didn't know what to expect but I was impressed by his knowledge. My lower back has got much better since seeing him and having the exercises to do which Dan has given me.
