I normally have massage with Sophie (who is an absolute life saver), but Louis is incredible in a different way. I came in with several specific pain related issues, and by the end of a very thorough session it already made a huge difference. I had much better mobility and no pain with movements that were previously painful. I would definitely recommend Louis.

Sophie is always amazing with her massage therapy. I see her for pregnancy related pain. This is the second pregnancy I am getting treatment for. She really understands the body in a holistic way and always finds the root of my pain, not just the areas I indicate are sore etc. I walk away like I’ve been slightly battered haha. But always feeling a million times lighter overall. Would always recommend.

Louis was a great therapist who targeted the painful areas that I was suffering from. He is a good listener, has a good knowledge of the body muscles and how they function. I felt lot of relief after this treatment and hope to make few appointments before Christmas break.

Soph is simply the best massage therapist I've seen. Soph can not only find the sore spots but works along the muscles to relieve the pain in the surrounding areas which are causing the issue. Put this with other techniques she uses and I come away from every massage feeling so much better. The massage not only relieves pain, but also helps with tension, mood and sleep. I can't recommend muscle essence and Sophie enough.

I’ve been seeing Sophie monthly for about 3–4 years now, and she is truly exceptional. Every session is a proper workout for my body — she keeps everything in check and always knows exactly what I need. I had a combo of a deep tissue massage on my neck, shoulders and back as well as a lymphatic massage and both were excellent. I’m a regular and Sophie is always professional, attentive, and really focuses on the areas causing tension. I’m always left feeling looser and more relaxed in my neck, shoulders and back. The clinic is always clean and calming. I highly recommend a visit!

Simply amazing, was so stiff and sore when I walked in and left like I was in my 20s again. Soph not only finds the tight areas but works on the whole muscle to find where the root cause is. Her vast knowledge and techniques means that she can fix any aliment and have you back like new in no time. I live on the other side of the city, so it is a fair drive to see her and it is worth every km as noone else can do what she does.
