Had my first ever Colon Cleanse yesterday, after having four children and working in a industry that is quite stressful at times, it was amazing to see just only in one session how much toxins I was holding on to it was a relief to let it all go. Jamie my therapist was fantastic Made me feel so welcome and at ease straight away. Explained everything so well and had a good laugh which made things a lot more comfortable for me. I had a colonic today at A1 Colon Hydrotherapy Jindalee and I’m honestly feeling so much better afterwards — lighter, less bloated, and more refreshed overall.
