I had an incredible experience at vanity. My piercer (I'm sorry I didn't catch their name) was so calm, knowledgeable, and sensitive to my worries regarding a stubborn piercing I had gotten elsewhere. They listened and together we came up with the best plan of action for me and my body. The environment is clean and inviting as well as LGBTQ2IA+ friendly. It lacks the intimidating atmosphere I've experienced getting piercings in tattoo studios previously. I will definitely only be going to Vanity for piercings from here on out!

Vanity offered fantastic service from beginning to end, you could not find a more calm and welcoming environment for a piercing. My piercing was done by Charlotte, who eased any worries I had, made me feel comfortable and confident, and answered all questions. Very professional and friendly staff with lots of great options for jewelry. I went in for my first piercings (lobes) and my piercer Alex was very nice and fun to talk to. He took great care in the placement of my piercings to make sure they looked great and was fast with the actual piercing to minimize pain.

I had a piercing appointment with Carnie and they were absolutely brilliant. I have 12 other piercings and this was truly my best experience by far. They were very competent and knowledgable in presenting all information surrounding my piercings. This included talking me through the entire process as they were going so that I knew not only what they were doing but why they were doing it as well. Additionally they were very caring and considerate in dealing with the discomfort from the piercing itself. I would highly recommend Vanity as they are a refreshing and professional business

I brought my ten year old daughter in to pierce one ear (we had had an issue after a previous ear piercing and had to let it grow over). My daughter was extremely nervous but Manu put her right at ease. Once the needle was through my daughter asked "was that it?". Later she said to me "Mom, if I get another piercing I will come here and ask for Manu!". The whole place was extremely clean and well organized. All staff were friendly and inviting.
