All staff that i spoke to were extremely lovely, and the person who did my piercings (Ash) was so nice and professional, and made me feel at ease during both piercings. They explained everything really well, so i knew exactly what they were doing every step of the way, and they checked in at each step before continuing. Made the whole experience very enjoyable 😊

Jewellery Change Review I went in for a jewellery change after struggling to put in my new screw-back earrings myself. I booked an appointment with Ash, who handled it effortlessly. She explained that the posts were slightly thicker and required a special tool to insert them properly. The whole process was smooth and completely painless. While I was there, I also had my healed helix piercing changed to a smaller post. Once again, it was a quick, easy, and pain-free experience.
