Brilliant as always. I had a Manicure, Spa Pedicure and a Luxury Facial and wow , what an amazing experience. Thank you Joanna 🙂 left the salon feeling pampered and relaxed. I’ve been in many salons in Sheffield and Joanna is by far the best. Extremely knowledgeable and top quality products. If I could give more stars I would.

I haven’t been to get my hair done in 10 months after moving to Sheffield because of anxiety of going to a new salon, but I can’t recommend enough, my hair looks amazing and feels so fresh, looks so shiny, I felt instantly at home with everyone and chatted away for 2 hours to the point I was a bit sad to leave and finish the conversation. Had a lovely coffee and biscuit which made it even better, booked straight back in and can’t wait. I even had to move the appointment last minute due to work and they were so accommodating, would give 6 stars if I could.

Nico is so creative! All nail designs I’ve tried have been really nice and very durable, even when I don’t properly take care of my nails. Also, my nails receive compliments all the time thanks to her 😊

Beautiful Nails by Nico Such a warm and welcoming place! The nail artists really know their stuff—they’re total perfectionists and super knowledgeable about nail care, products, and even the anatomy of the nail. I always feel like I am in great hands, excuse the pun. .

I had the most amazing experience with Emily. She gave me an absolutely beautiful gel manicure that exceeded my expectations! Her attention to detail is incredible, and she took such care to shape my nails perfectly and apply the polish flawlessly. The colour is stunning, and the finish is smooth, shiny, and long-lasting. Emily was also kind, professional, and made me feel totally relaxed throughout the appointment. I’ve received so many compliments on my nails already! I can’t recommend her highly enough. You know you have a top tier nail tech when she creates you 9 fantastic nails, but advises to leave one to heal as it's damaged (I'm notoriously heavy handed with my nails!) Tina looks after her client's physical health as much as their mental health. Thank you for your patience and kind advice as always!

My mum recently had the pleasure of visiting Heaven Beauty by Joanna for a gel polish manicure and pedicure, and the experience exceeded our expectations. Moved to Sheffield and didn’t know where to book in, had my nails done today by the lovely Leah and will now be regularly booking in! Obsessed with my nails.

Amazing service, absolutely lovely staff. Super happy with my Christmas nails they are perfect! I was in sheffield for the weekend and in desperate need, managed to get a last miniute appointment and was super impressed with the service from start to finish. Would definitely be using this salon again.

I always look forward to my nail appointments because I know I’ll get excellent service, a warm welcome and nails other people always comment positively on. I love the huge variety of designs I’ve had over the years from simple single colour nails to highly detailed individually painted artwork on each nail. Getting my nails done is my treat to myself every few weeks and I always feel so much better afterwards.

Before Christmas my acrylic nails were soaked off for a hospital procedure. It was several days before I could return for another appointment. My nails were in a dreadful state. Emma worked wonders to make them look good. Today she was filing off the the gel and discovered I had badly damaged one nail. Once again she took great care to prepare and protect the nail from infection. She has high standards and is on hand to give further treatment if required.

Emma has been my nail technician for several years and has always shown attention to detail and taken good care of my nails. She gives good advice and help in choosing colours. She is pleasant and friendly yet remains professional and discreet taking great pride in her work. As ever she was just the same today.
