Natural Palm is hands down the best massage place in Cairns. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing and everything feels very clean, calm, and professional from the moment you walk in. Palm was extremely professional, attentive, and skilled. I felt completely taken care of throughout the whole session. I left feeling deeply relaxed and refreshed. Natural Palm Day Spa has a beautifully tranquil setting that relaxes you the moment you walk in. The staff are welcoming, great attention to detail and prioritise your comfort above all else. My partner and I got a 3 hour couples package, I cannot rate highly enough and would go as far to say this is the best massage I’ve received in Cairns.

Antonella rescued my hair from a previous cut elsewhere, and gave me the results I'd always hoped for. She explained everything really clearly and simply, and demonstrated everything for me. Very relaxing. Not like the usual “busy” salons I have experienced in the past in Cairns. I felt like I was treated with dignity & respect. Every ingredient was explained to me. Sally was very thoughtful, asked me what tea I would like to drink during the foot spa session, & engaged in providing quality time with my feet, toes and lower limb massage. I will be returning to Serene Retreat when I am in Cairns again next. Serene Retreat is now my new chosen place of serenity for receiving an ultimate pedicure and massage.

Amazing, not a local and found via a Google search. Highly recommend, so friendly and amazing wash and blow wave. Will come back next time I am in Cairns
