I booked a lymphatic drainage massage with Katie to help manage histamine intolerance and mast cell activation syndrome symptoms on holistically. Katie is lovely and very professional she talked me through the process and explained how the massage would work, how I would feel then gave tips for after care. The massage was very gentle and soothing which was what my body needs. I felt very relaxed when I got home and slept really well whereas other massages like deep tissue and Swedish have left me feeling stimulated and very sore the next day.

I have been going to Rio for about a year for treatments now. I was recently given a gift card for my birthday, I had a full body massage, signature facial and brow lamination, and it was the most amazing pamper 3 hours. It was just what I needed after having a stressful time recently. I was so relaxed during the appointment I dozed off.
