I had a Thai combination oil massage with Ms Ruth and it was a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel welcome and completely at ease. She was friendly, highly professional, and clearly very experienced. I’m always quite stiff due to back surgery some years ago, but Ms Ruth took the time to work on the areas that needed the most attention, using just the right amount of pressure. Assalamu alaykum to the reader. My experience was amazing from start to finish. Bilal (Director of Wellness) explained his background in Hijama, which made me feel comfortable and confident. He asked about my health and back issues, identified the source of my pain, and clearly explained the focus of the session. He even located inflammation higher than expected. I also appreciated learning about the Islamic origins of Hijama and how it was introduced to Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ). He showed me how much unhealthy blood was released. I highly recommend Bilal especially if it is your first time.
