I had a lovely experience with lunch first at the restaurant followed by an amazing 1 hour facial, back, neck and head massage by Cloe who is very good at what she does. The only drawback was the pool area was very crowded and noisy.

Michaela was so lovely; warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. My treatment was next level amazing, facial massage was out of this world and I left feeling relaxed and glowy. I had some lovely comments about my skin on the school run later in the day. 🥰 We talked about my skin, different treatments and a made a loose plan for future treatments with no pressure to rebook there and then. My first 'proper'facial and I didn't really know what to expect (up to a few years ago my routine was basically a cleansing wipe and some moisturiser). It was AMAZING. Michalea explained everything so well, and it was really relaxing. The face massage was incredible - could have stayed there all day! Now feel like I have the products and support, tailored to my skin - that I really needed, and it actually looks better already. She's a wonder!
