Michaela was so lovely; warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. My treatment was next level amazing, facial massage was out of this world and I left feeling relaxed and glowy. My first 'proper'facial and I didn't really know what to expect (up to a few years ago my routine was basically a cleansing wipe and some moisturiser). It was AMAZING. Michalea explained everything so well, and it was really relaxing. The face massage was incredible - could have stayed there all day! Now feel like I have the products and support, tailored to my skin - that I really needed, and it actually looks better already. She's a wonder!
