I've had many many massages with Jo over the past 7 years and she is always fabulous and welcoming. I hadn't had this treatment before ( The massage and me) and it was amazing. The guided meditation the day before was perfect and the tailored massage was wonderful. From stressed and brewing tension headache to relaxed and happy. Could not recommend Jo more.

Had the most beautiful experience with Jo. Such a welcoming and warm interaction from arrival in her gorgeous, relaxing home. She did a very thorough consult conversation beforehand, covering my focus areas. My head and shoulder massage was excellent and left me relaxed with a lot of relief. The reflexology was so enjoyable and she took time at the end to flag what she learned from my feet. The treatment room was beautifully decorated, warm and inviting; a real haven of rest! I even left with a little goodie bag of after care, herbsl tea and sweet treats! Can’t wait to return; thank you Jo!

I booked a massage for my husband’s birthday, and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff were welcoming, the atmosphere was calming, and the therapist was incredibly skilled. I was initially a bit apprehensive about trying out Supthara since I'm used to getting my massages done in a traditional spa setting, and I'd never been here before. From start to finish my experience with Jo was perfect. Her massage room is warm and cosy. Jo herself, is a delight. She put me at ease from the get-go. I had a 1 hour Full body Lymphatic Drainage massage with Becky today. I’ve never had one before, and wasn’t sure what to expect. As a fan of really deep massage that you can feel this one hit the spot. I could feel how Becky was waking up each Lymph Node and the benefits that come with this practice are amazing. Certainly not a massage for those that want to relax, but one for those that want to see and feel results. It was very very good.

This was my first ever lymphatic drainage massage, I didn’t know what to expect and was skeptical about results but my god does it work! I saw an instant difference in bloating and immediately felt better (Expecially as an IBS sufferer 🙈) . My belly was gurgling and I could feel a physical movement in my gut during the massage and a couple of hours after the massage all of the toxins then continued to remove themselves..
