Every time I have a treatment I remember how much I love coming to Rhilax for them! 9 weeks postpartum and I’m so glad I booked in for a 30 min massage and ‘Rhilax to sleep’ - which did just that! First time having a massage by Olena and I highly recommend. Olena checked what my primary concerns were and preference for firmness, etc. I had a mix of lymphatic drainage and tissue massage and as soon as I got off the bed I could feel that my legs were already freer and less tight, and the knots in my shoulders were gone. I found the experience relaxing even though there were areas which needed firm work.

Yesterday, I went to The Cabin for my monthly treatments. As always Johanna did a fantastic job. Thoroughly enjoyed having a facial, Indian head massage, hot stone back massage and pedicure. It was great just to relax and chat. A perfect way to spend the morning. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely love this place, it’s my time to wind down, switch off and enjoy a pampering! The deluxe pedicure is everything you would expect, relaxing, refreshing, and invigorating and you even have the choice of a massaging chair while your having your feet done! Lindsey is amazing, she is a lovely soul and very professional and makes me feel at home. We love chatting and putting the world to rights, over a cuppa! Would highly recommend this place it’s a beautiful little get away! Xx

Tracey is very considerate and knowledgeable. She shows care at attention to her patients. I would highly recommend getting treatment. Massage has help my back, acupuncture my shoulders, reflexology has helped with several areas.
