As always Toni is thorough with her treatment. Identifies areas of concern even when you don’t realise it’s an issue. I’ve been seeing Toni just over a year now, having issues with shoulders, lower back and legs especially IT bands. Training was always hard and recovery after exercise was slow. I can now train harder, with far less discomfort, and DOMS is greatly reduced with recovery being much quicker. Toni’s knowledge and support has been absolutely amazing. Toni is awesome…. Thank you ☺️

Absolutely love Sally and the work she does. It’s honestly like venting to your favourite cousin. She brings such a calm and relatable energy. You can talk about anything and everything with zero judgement. I can’t wait for more sessions in the future. For me, reiki takes away the emotional toll that past experiences have taken a hold of. It’s so breathtaking to come away from a session with Sally and to just “be”. The thoughts of past things no longer have an emotional/heavy impact on me. I feel so zen and at peace with everything. Truly amazing at what she does xxx

It was my first ever reiki experience and I absolutely loved it. Sally Ann made me feel super comfortable from the very beginning and her space is very calming. I was open to this new experience and it has done me wonders. I will definitely be making this a regular reoccurrence to balance my energy and reduce stress levels.

Another amazing session with Sally. Sound fork healing followed by reiki. It was such a relaxing experience. Sally is amazing at what she does. She has really taken the time to get to know me and always listens to all I have to say (I've always got lots to tell her !) I saw Toni last night (11-6-26) at club woodham. I had a massage on my legs. Toni did a great job as usual. She makes you feel very comfortable everytime and does he job brilliantly. Her advise is very helpful always and I felt better after the session. 5 stars!
