Had my very first massage with Layla today. I am currently 8 months pregnant and suffering with back pains & sciatica. Layla knew I was anxious about getting a massage done and I instantly felt at ease, she was very kind and patient & explained everything. The massage itself was extremely relaxing & I could feel my knots in my shoulders coming out. As soon as the massage was over instantly felt better! I’m sure I will sleep tons better tonight. Thank you Layla, I will be retuning. 💜

Nicola has a way of making you feel at ease as soon as you walk in. The back massage was perfect, easing away tensions and then the healing helped ensure all was in balance. The chat afterwards helps to plan how to help future stresses and balances. Wonderful as always!

Expert handling of my shoulder nerve pain. Toni explained what she planned to do and why she felt it was best approach asking for my sgreement before proceeding. Toni constantly checked the pain level I was feeling as she gradually manipulated thr muscle to ease the tension and move onto soft tissue massage. Toni also used dry needling on my shoulder and arm followed by more soft tissue massage to encourage the muscles in my shoulder and arm to release tension. Toni has an excellent approach to make you relax. The techniques, equipment used are all checked with you for comfort and pain level.

The most relaxing 90 minutes ever! This facial was the best one yet, Kirsty spent time going through the treatment and the products she would be using which was really good to know so I could treat myself to some more skincare afterwards. The head neck and shoulder massage was amazing & well needed & the dermalux light therapy to finish was the icing on the cake to stretch the relaxation out just a bit longer! Thanks for making me feel human again Kirsty! 😘
