Basia was by far the best masseuse I’ve ever experienced in Bristol and I’ve been to a fair few. I was feeling quite tense and anxious before the massage and within 5 minutes of the massage I instantly felt relaxed and relieved. I left feeling revived, calm and content. Absolutely authentic and perfect pressure massage. Katie was really professional and knew exactly the pressure points. I usually have to ask for more pressure at back with others but she just knew what is needed in deep tissue. I can say the best Massage ever received in Bristol. Thanks

This afternoon was just what I needed, a relaxing and refueling break. The whole massage experience made me feel comfortable and it was personalised to my needs. Laura was lovely to talk to and intuitive with her massage. My lower back feels so much better and she relaxed tightness in my shoulders I didn't realise I had. The room itself is peaceful and beautiful, a lovely escape from everyday busyness. I will definitely be booking another one, thanks Laura

Perfection! Always have a great time and leave with exactly what I need. I love the bespoke nature of the treatments. I explain how I'm feeling and what areas I want to focus on and I leave energised if I need that or relaxed if I need that. I've been seeing Laura for over a year and I've never had two massages that are the same.

A wonderful treat for my birthday , spa package included afternoon tea with prosecco , 1 hour massage and 2 hour using their spa facilities. Food was good they were accommodating to my peanut allergy. Massage was fantastic best I've had in a long time. Beatrice was attentive to area I mentioned were tender and sore and made it a worthwhile experience. Spa facilities are clean, a bit small but exclusive has the whole place to myself at one moment.

I had such a wonderful treatment with Lucy. She was so friendly when I arrived and showed me around the facilities and explained all about the treatment to put me at ease and enjoy my facial to the maximum. The facial itself was relaxing and thorough. Lots of lovely products were used and she applied pressure whilst messaging my neck and shoulders to release muscle knots and smooth out the skin. During the face mask she spent time massaging my arms and hands and ended with a head massage. My skin was glowing and I felt totally refreshed. I highly recommend this treatment and these facilities.

I had a Swedish Massage today with Lauren which was so relaxing I didn't want it to end. Lauren certainly knows what she is doing and I would not have a massage with anyone else. She makes you feel at ease and comfortable. Thank you Lauren I will definitely be back.

Exceptional treatment. The warm welcome, the personalised drinks, the inviting room, everything spotless (I notice these things), I love how time was taken to establish my wants & needs from the treatment as it gave me time to land. The treatment utter bliss, my whole body melted as I relaxed into the soft, white covers listening to beautifully chosen music in the background. My hands & feet never looked so good, hydrated, glowing & given the care they deserve. I highly recommend booking a treatment here, I will return, it’s truly an experience. Thank you so much for today – I feel wonderful! Everything from start to finish was incredible. I loved creating my own oil blend, enjoying a delicious matcha, lime & celery juice beforehand and jasmine green tea afterwards. Ceri made me feel so welcome and comfortable, especially as it was my first hot oil wrap. The body brushing, salt scrub, warm oils, wrap and scalp massage were amazing.
