Amazing, I’ve only been once before (used to use an app, but now I book direct. The women are so incredibly lovely and calming the room is perfect temperature and lovely calm dim lighting and smells incredible. They made me feel so at ease, I had a hot oil Thai massage and left feeling like jelly (tis a good thing because I’m an extremely anxious person who isn’t a fan of touch). Will be coming back monthly I hope, can’t wait for my next appointment. Thank you ladies xx

Tina was amazing, I asked for a firm massage and she did not disappoint. Feel totally energised after, went in with a really sore shoulder and feel like I have full mobility back. Would 100% recommend.

Amazing place with amazing professionals. :) They also offer a really lovely tea at the end of the massage and biscuits. I’ve had massages with Polly, Tina and Anne, all great girls, skilled, attentive and lovely. When I first went I had a terrible back pain and Polly has worked her magic, better than any other treatments I had.

Amazing Thai massage by Ann, very professional. It’s released all the tension from my back and neck muscles. The ambience of the room is lovely too and sets you up well for a relaxing session. Will definitely come back!

Wow! The thai reflexology massage was like heaven on earth. Started with a foot spa with feet in warm water and then proceeded to the feet massage. The room is always very clean, warm atmosphere and amazing decoration, such a nice place to be. Polly is a really amazing, skilled and knowledgeable therapist and cannot wait to come back again. My third time here. Really amazing, professional service by Polly. She gives a very tailored massage with the issues I have with some muscle groups and gets out all of the knots. Asks often if the pressure is okay. Really amazing massage and experience!! Will be back again

Hannah is such an amazing colourist that having recently moved to the other side of the country (and missing having Studio 11 nearby), I managed to fit a trip back to Bristol in with seeing her to sort out my colour!!

Loved my massage I did not get her name and I would go back again! I'm only in England for a week, but she really helped my tendinitis
