I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a massage with Hayley, and it was absolutely incredible! From the moment she walked in and smiled, I felt relaxed. Hayley is very skilled and truly knows how to tailor the session to meet your needs. She used just the right amount of pressure and techniques to release tension and ease my muscles. I had a mix of hot stone massage and lymphatic drainage. When she left, I felt completely rejuvenated and light. If you are looking for a professional and soothing massage experience, I highly recommend Hayley—she’s great!

Sue is one of a kind. She's a brilliant sports massage therapist and always leaves me feeling bruised and battered, but relaxed and all the better for it. I'd be a cripple if it wasn't for Sue and all her tools.

I have regular sports massages with Flo to help stay injury free for running. I always feel great after a massage and since working with Flo I've definitely seen a reduction in injuries and niggles, and when they do occur she knows exactly how to target them to help nip them in the bud (looking at you IT Band). She's also super friendly and will make you feel really relaxed and comfortable in the session. All in all a great service and very good value!

I had a fabulous relaxing massage today with Caroline. She was very thorough - made me feel really comfortable, checked my medical history and talked me through everything before she started. I have to say it’s the best massage I’ve ever had. Totally recommend it and also want to try reflexology for my next appointment!

I had my first sports massage with Sue. She focused on the tension in my neck and shoulders and I left the session feeling relaxed and with greater understanding of my body. I found her to be very professional and knowledgeable. She listened to my feedback and provided me with lots of advice during the session on improving my posture, breathing and how to execute exercises properly. I would highly recommend Sue and will definitely be returning in the future.

PERFECT full body massage!, Amy knew exactly which areas needed firmer pressure and combined this with some more relaxing techniques which is honestly EXACTLY what I was after, having had lots of massages over the years this a rare skill to have! Amy isn’t just a fantastic beauty therapist, she’s also very friendly and polite and made me feel welcome from the get go, her professionalism shone before during and after my massage, I honestly can’t wait to go back! If there was the option of more than 5 stars then Amy would certainly get that, I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Amazing lymphatic massage. Layla is really lovely and the massage was perfect, calming and relaxing. Deffo be back.

I've used a fair few sports massage therapists over the last 20 years and Sue is by far the best. She is incredibly knowledgeable - always helps to ease the various aches and pains with her excellent massages. She recommends specific exercise for strengthening to help prevent reoccurrence. I can't recommend her highly enough!

Absolutely amazing, Amy listens to all your personal aches and act to try and resolve. Massage was relaxing and have unknotted my shoulders a treat.

30 min massage with Maiwenn was the best massage I've had in years. It was so personalised and felt like someone who really knew their stuff was taking care of my body. Wonderfully relaxing. Thank you 🙏🏽

Hayley arrived promptly and was set up within minutes. She was friendly and professional, explaining how she would be carrying out my treatment. After asking appropriate questions and ensuring I was comfortable, she began my massage. I had a full body massage plus face and scalp. It was truly amazing. She worked so hard and left me feeling tension free and very relaxed. I would highly recommend this talented lady.
