I have regular sports massages with Flo to help stay injury free for running. I always feel great after a massage and since working with Flo I've definitely seen a reduction in injuries and niggles, and when they do occur she knows exactly how to target them to help nip them in the bud (looking at you IT Band). She's also super friendly and will make you feel really relaxed and comfortable in the session. All in all a great service and very good value!

A late night massage and facial?! Yes please!! I arrived at 7pm for my two hours of treatments, snuggled down on the super comfy bed and then Kelly worked her magic on my knots, aches and pains. I left feeling so relaxed! I have had very poor sleep for the last few weeks, but last night I slept for a full eight hours and have woken up feeling so refreshed!! Thank you, yet again, Kelly!
