It was my first appointment with Leigh and what a phenomenal service from the get go. From accommodating me with the change of time , professionalism and knowledge of skincare products and treatments to waxing techniques. Not to mention how super quick she is and you still leave walking out with pain free legs, no skin reactions, a hair , no wax residue . I’ve been to wonderland twice. The location is incredible, and the treatments are excellent, but both times I arrived, the security at the door was extremely rude and reluctant to let me in. Maybe the staff at the door should be given a list of names of who to expect each day so they don’t treat clients like criminals. The spa is incredible, I really wouldn’t normally mention something like this but it’s happened twice now so it’s clearly a policy or staff member issue.

No challenge is too big for her and she is extremely good at what she does - nails, and anything to do with nails, are her passion. She's also very gentle and communicated, by checking that nothing was uncomfortable for me, during my entire treatment duration.
