I had a really lovely experience at The Laser Lounge Torbay. Kayleigh was so welcoming and professional from start to finish. She explained everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. I’ve been visiting Lois at Skin Wellness since December to help combat acne and pigmentation from scarring. She is fantastic - she is so knowledgable and has helped me get back to a point where I can comfortably go make-up free. I’ve had multiple friends/family comment on how much better my skin in. She adapts treatments each time depending on how my skin is and what’s safest and best for my skin. She genuinely has the client’s best interests as her priority and is so friendly and welcoming each time. Could not recommend more!

I’ve been coming to the laser lounge for quite a few sessions of laser hair and tattoo removal, I can’t believe the results! I was so nervous at first but Kayleigh is so lovely! I’m always made to feel at ease and comfortable and she’s extremely knowledgable about the treatments, would highly recommend to anyone thinking about either treatment.

I love coming in to the salon for a pamper, all the staff are so welcoming and friendly! I had followed Kirsty from her her previous salon as I trust her work & advice, she has really helped me combat my adult acne in giving me the best options for facial treatments without making me feel bad for having acne & scaring, she truly is every woman’s biggest hype lady!! I also have my HD brows, & lashes which she is also amazing at! I wouldn’t trust any one else with my face as much as I trust her & all the skills she has!!
