I had a really lovely experience at The Laser Lounge Torbay. Kayleigh was so welcoming and professional from start to finish. She explained everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. She’s very knowledgeable and you can tell she really cares about her clients and the results they achieve. I left feeling really happy with the treatment and it honestly boosted my confidence, which is exactly what you hope for when having something like this done. I’ve been visiting Lois at Skin Wellness since December to help combat acne and pigmentation from scarring. She is fantastic - she is so knowledgable and has helped me get back to a point where I can comfortably go make-up free. I’ve had multiple friends/family comment on how much better my skin in. She adapts treatments each time depending on how my skin is and what’s safest and best for my skin. She genuinely has the client’s best interests as her priority and is so friendly and welcoming each time. Could not recommend more!

I’ve been coming to the laser lounge for quite a few sessions of laser hair and tattoo removal, I can’t believe the results! I was so nervous at first but Kayleigh is so lovely! I’m always made to feel at ease and comfortable and she’s extremely knowledgable about the treatments, would highly recommend to anyone thinking about either treatment.

Sadie is an experienced practitioner and very professional. Sadie makes you feel at ease with all the treatments she has to offer. Sadie provides after treatment care should you need. I have been going to Sadie for the past 3 years and can highly recommend her.
