It as great to meet Sarah! She put me at ease which was great due to my autism. She was very informative and talked me through making a decision on my lips and how I wanted them, she gave them a through look and feel before suggesting how we should proceed in her professional opinion. Once again an absolutely superb massage by Lou. I came away feeling very relaxed and pampered. I have a weekly back massage which is working wonders. I have now had numerous treatments from Lou, including an Indian head massage and waxing. I cannot recommend Lou highly enough. A very professional lady, nothing is too much trouble. Even down to a lovely warm table, much appreciated on these cold days. A truly wonderful experience.
